How TurnGenius works

From the listing link to Video QA, the bookings calendar, and a Direct Booking Page on your domain.

The host journey

You run the turnover. The self-serve product is in the account. Airbnb and Vrbo host logins are a conversation.

  1. Create an account

Sign up with email, Google, or Facebook. We do not publish a subscription price. If signup asks for a card, saving it does not start a charge.

  2. Add the listing

Paste an Airbnb or Vrbo listing URL, or type the address. The import reads the public listing into your host panel.

  3. Paste the calendars

Add the Airbnb and Vrbo iCal links. Stays and blocks land on one schedule. Share a public occupancy page of dates and check-in times.

  4. Invite crew

Send a code by email or SMS. Crew join with that code, or sign in with a phone code. A phone that is already signed in can approve a tablet with a QR code. They sign in to TurnGenius.

  5. Checklists, Guides, and Video QA

Upload the files you already use. Accept or reject each drafted task, then finish the guide interview for the crew guide and the house manual. Crew run the list and can record Video QA. You review chapters, the transcript, and timestamped comments.

  6. Deep clean and backlog, then the Direct Booking Page

Deep clean holds recurring maintenance. The backlog holds quotes, repairs, and later work. Both live on the property, for you. When you want guests to book you directly, publish the Direct Booking Page. You collect the payment. The hold stays on your TurnGenius calendar.

  7. Airbnb and Vrbo Sync, and Pricing sync

Email us to connect Airbnb and Vrbo host logins on dedicated hardware. About 20 profiles. Airbnb and Vrbo Sync stores in-stay guest phones and Vrbo guest counts. Pricing sync saves Airbnb nightly price tips, including ones left off Apply all, and sets Vrbo rates 15% above those prices.
