- What's an Airbnb link?
- It's the URL of your listing on Airbnb, e.g. airbnb.com/h/pond-oasis or www.airbnb.com/rooms/12345678. TurnGenius uses it to pull your listing name and basic details into your host panel.
- Where do I find my Airbnb link?
- Log in to Airbnb, go to your listing, and copy the URL from your browser's address bar. It often looks like airbnb.com/h/your-listing-name or includes /rooms/ and an ID. Paste that full link when adding a property in TurnGenius.
- What do you do with my Airbnb link?
- We fetch the listing name and the public details so the property shows up in TurnGenius. Your Airbnb password stays with you.
- What are Deep clean and the backlog?
- They are host-only tools on each property. Deep clean tracks recurring maintenance, with how often it repeats, a note when you mark it done, and an activity log. The backlog holds quotes, repairs, and later work, with priority, an optional date, and files.
- Is my listing data secure?
- We treat your data with care. Listing info and recordings are used only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Do I need to give crew access to my Airbnb?
- No. Crew sign in to TurnGenius and see the properties you assigned.
- Does the iCal feed connect my Airbnb account?
- No. Pasting an iCal link pulls stays and blocks onto one schedule. Guest phones and nightly prices are Airbnb and Vrbo Sync and Pricing sync.
- What are Airbnb and Vrbo Sync and Pricing sync?
- We connect your host logins on dedicated hardware for about 20 profiles. Airbnb and Vrbo Sync reads in-stay guest phones from Airbnb messages and Vrbo guest counts. Pricing sync saves Airbnb nightly price tips, including ones left off Apply all, and sets Vrbo rates 15% above those prices. Email [email protected].
- How do guests pay on the Direct Booking Page?
- They sign in with Google or Facebook and place an unpaid hold. You collect the payment and mark the stay paid, waived, or cancelled.
- Do you publish a price?
- No. Create an account for the self-serve product. Talk to us for white-glove Airbnb and Vrbo setup. Saving a card during signup does not start a charge.
